This page explains how to prepare artwork for the best print results, and the content rules that apply to files you upload.
## File Requirements
- **Accepted formats:** PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG
- **Maximum file size:** [40] MB
- **Recommended resolution:** 300 DPI at the printed size. Files below 150 DPI may print blurry. Vector files (PDF, SVG) print sharp at any size and are ideal for logos.
- **Background:** For designs that shouldn't fill the whole print area, a transparent-background PNG (or vector) gives the cleanest result.
## Color Expectations
Screens display colors in RGB; our UV printers reproduce color on physical products. Slight color differences between your on-screen preview and the printed item are normal in the printing industry and are not considered defects. If exact brand-color matching is critical, contact us before ordering at **[SUPPORT EMAIL]**.
## Print Area & Placement
Each product page shows the exact printable area. Your live preview clips your design to that area — anything outside the boundary (including hardware zones like bottle-opener rings) will not print. **The preview you approve is the final production reference**, so review placement, size, rotation, and spelling carefully before adding to cart.
## Your Rights in Your Artwork
You keep full ownership of your artwork. We only use your files to produce your order, provide support, and handle replacements, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
## Content Rules
By uploading artwork you confirm that you have the right to print it, and that it does not include:
- Copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use (including logos, characters, photographs, or artwork belonging to others)
- Trademarks or brand assets used without authorization
- Images of individuals used without their consent
- Unlawful content, or content that is hateful, harassing, obscene, or promotes violence or illegal activity
**Ordering promotional products with your own company's logo is exactly what we're here for — these rules exist to protect rights holders, not to get in the way of normal business orders.**
We may refuse and refund any order whose artwork violates these rules. Customers are responsible for the content they submit, as set out in our Terms of Service.
## Reporting Infringement
If you believe artwork used through our services infringes your rights, see the copyright complaints (DMCA) section of our Terms of Service, or contact us at **[DMCA EMAIL]**.
## File Retention
We keep order files for **[X months/years]** so we can support reorders and quality claims, after which they may be deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.
## Need Help With Your File?
Not sure if your file will print well? Email it to us at **[SUPPORT EMAIL]** before ordering and we'll take a look — no charge.
