Everything else worth knowing
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG and SVG up to 40 MB. Vector files such as PDF and SVG print sharpest, especially for logos and small text. If you are sending a raster file, aim for 600 DPI at the printed size.
Use a transparent background unless you want a white block behind your design, and keep important detail such as phone numbers away from the outer edge. Not sure your file will work? Email it to us before you order and we will check it at no charge.
Your screen shows color in RGB and is backlit. We put UV ink on a physical surface. Small differences between the preview and the printed piece are normal in printing and are not treated as defects.
If matching a specific brand color is critical for this order, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Production starts once you approve your design and typically takes about three business days, plus shipping time. Orders approved before 2:00 PM ET go into that day's queue.
We ship throughout the United States from our shop in Raleigh, North Carolina. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether it is achievable rather than let you find out late.
Personalized products are final sale, because an opener printed with your logo cannot be restocked or resold. If the product arrives damaged, or if we made a production error and the print does not match the preview you approved, we reprint or refund it. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
