These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pangolinprints.com and your purchase of custom-printed products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Pangolin Prints is a trading name of GOYAZ Manufacturing LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

References to "we," "us," and "our" mean GOYAZ Manufacturing LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a price or listing contains an error, where the artwork violates Section 6, or where we cannot meet the requested timeline. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Minimum order quantities are shown on each product page. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout based on quantity. Prices and product availability may change at any time.

4. Your approved preview is the production file

Our product pages let you upload artwork, position it on the product, and approve a live preview before ordering.

By approving that preview and completing your order, you accept the artwork, its placement, size and orientation as the final production reference. We print what you approved.

Please check spelling, image quality and placement carefully. We are not able to correct errors that were present in the file you approved.

5. Artwork license

You keep all ownership rights in the artwork you upload. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce and print it **solely** to produce your order, provide customer support, and handle reprints or quality claims. We do not use your artwork for any other purpose without your permission.

6. Your responsibility for artwork content

By uploading artwork you represent and warrant that:

- you own the artwork, or hold all rights, licenses and permissions necessary to have it printed;
- the artwork does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity or other rights;
- the artwork does not contain unlawful content, or content that is hateful, harassing, obscene, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.

We may refuse, cancel and refund any order whose artwork we reasonably believe violates this section.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOYAZ Manufacturing LLC, its members and employees from any claim, demand, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of artwork you submit or your breach of this section.

As a printer acting on your instructions, we rely on your representations about your rights to the artwork.

7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material printed or displayed through our services infringes your copyright, send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to:

Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material you say is infringing, provide your contact information, and include the statements required by the DMCA. We respond to valid notices, which may include removing content and canceling related orders.

8. Production tolerances and color

Custom printing carries normal production variance. Minor differences in print placement, and color variation between an on-screen preview and the printed product, are inherent to the process and are not defects.

Screens display color in RGB and our UV printers reproduce color on a physical surface. If exact brand-color matching is critical to your order, contact us before you order so we can discuss what is achievable.

Production and shipping times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Returns and refunds

Custom and personalized products are final sale. We replace, reprint or refund where the product arrives damaged or defective, or where we made a production error. Our [Refund Policy] sets out the full terms and is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our [Shipping Policy]. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. We will still help you resolve claims for shipments that arrive damaged or go missing in transit, as described in that policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place an order governs that order. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and your orders.
